Yes. You just need to remove the belt, which you will probably be doing, remove the fan and shroud, and then the harmonic balancer. Then pop the old seal out and put the new one in. I did mine with the front end apart for a cam change. I screwed up one seal, so here is a little tip: Slightly bend the outside of the timing cover where the seal fits in, all the way around with a small crescent wrench, and when you put the new seal in, use an oil resistant silicone on the outside of it. This will provide some lubrication to get it in place. Don't forget to lube the inside with oil or engine assembly lube too. It might be tight and hard to get at with the rad still in place. Thanks! I might just take it in the shop I don't have the time and cant have my truck down long. I just rolled over 200k I might have a new water pump,new timing cover and crank seal,and a belt. I can do the work but were smack in the middle of harvest and I'm tired of this oil leak making a mess and having to add oil.
