Any guess on this noise?

I did this awhile back in my truck but my brother was driving it and it made a weird noise but we cant think of what it could be. Heres a link to the video on my photobucket it anyone has an idea.

was it in 4 wd? almost sounded like it was not fully locked in

truck is only 2wd, also I hear a low grinding noise when I drive slow and I hear a popping noise somewhere when I turn when driving slow

do you have posi rear? low speed noise turning can be bad clutches, or spider gears

I would have to say that sounds like the rear diff. clutches. Just my guess.

i would say take off the diff cover and see if there is anything obviously wrong in the carrier assembly

well I've had the truck since 119,000 miles and it has like 178,000 on it now, never changed the fluid, I have the stuff to change it but I did some front end work instead but I am gonna try and change it this week
