150,000 and goin strong, got mine just a year ago with 134k on it..had the fuel pressure checked right away, 14psi, less than a month later when i got my gauges on, 3 psi...so new lift pump, then about 4 months later got the code 216, check the codes on the 99, cycle the key 3 times then look at the mileage window to see if there are any codes showing, ended up replacing the VP44 at that time. Other than that, few rearend seals, pinion seal, all the normal stuff, i have the 5 speed so no worries with the automatic, check for codes and fuel pressure. Take the Vin # to any dodge dealer and they can look up any maintaince done on it. Just my .02

I am happy with my '99 it has 183000 miles and runs great. The motor has 143,000. I had to pull the engine with a #53 block (12 inch crack on a totally stock motor) I just got the analysis back on my oil sample and they said the engine seemed to be in great shape with no problems.
