I need some help and advise. 99 with 100,000 after starting, and truck has been setting all night, the engine sputters for about five minutes until it seems it warms up then drives ok. If the outside air temp is warmer it seems as though things are a little smoother. Any thoughts? Thanks Much.

 

We'll need a tad bit more info to help.

Do you have a fuel pressure gage?

Do you have a stock lift pump?

It sounds like air in the fuel system and it is taking 5 mins to purge the air.
