2001 question
What's the difference between '01 & '01.5, I never heard of this?
I guess since I have rear discs, mines an 01.5, have to update my signature. I know I don't have the '53' block, its '46' IIRC.

BTT...

The build sticker on my '01 (or is it '01.5) says 08-00 and I have rear discs. Did they build the "2001" for a few months, then the 2001.5 for the majority of the model year run? What significant changes occured 'midyear'?

They started building 2001 trucks in january 2000. 01 or 01.5 is the way people separate drum and rear disc trucks. I believe rear discs started in july or august of 2000. But they are all really 2001 trucks.
