2001 longevity

I have a 2001 6 speed High Output, kind of low miles on it as in origional tires, brakes and everything but one battery is origional. OK, so I don't drive it much, I haven't even run a full tank of the ultra low diesel in it yet.

What I'm wondering here is, if this was one of your trucks, what would you all do to make it live a long trouble free life? Engine and or suspension or what?

Change the oil. Use seat covers, mats & Aerospace 303 on the dash. Fix things that break so your truck doesn't become ragged out.

I only use the Valvoline Premium Blue and a good quality oil filter! Only have had to have the 'clock spring" replaced under warranty and a month ago I had to chase down the dash "no buss" problem, which ended up being the connector that plug into the back of the dash assy. must have been loose.
