1998.5 vacuum pump still leaks after repair

I just had the seals changed in my vacuum pump/power steering last week. It is still leaking....probably even worse than when I took it in. so I am going to take it back and have them re-do it. My question is....is this a hard job? (I'm getting older so don't want to work on my own trucks anymore....eyesight and arthritis are the main culprits). I'd like to give the mechanic some pointers,.He is in the construction industry, and he normally works on HUGE heavy equipment,.. but sometimes smaller things like cars and trucks. He did tell me he hadn't worked on cummins trucks much. But then, I had a mechanic tell me about 20 years ago (he was a diesel mechanic) that he wouldn't have a job if all the diesel trucks out there were all cummins.

What's leaking?
Engine oil or PS fluid.

(Or do you have nasty drips of vacuum on the floor )

I did the seals 2x and never could get the leak to stop. Best thing to do is replace vac pump and ps pump as a unit.
