Vacuum truck

Anyone know how to use the truck's vacuum for a source to fill up a tank like a water tank?

My limited knowledge is that diesels don't make enough vacuum on their own like a gas motor, hence a vacuum pump that operates the Jake Brake. I don't think there would be enough usable vacuum to pump a liquid.

thier is no vacuum, thats why the brakes are powered off the power steering pump.
if you tell us more about what you want to do we will be able to help you out more.
