Time to replace all the weather stripping , especially the window wipers inside & outside. Been looking at some 10 pcs. kits on the bay sight, anyone bought or used any of these kits?
Looked on the sticky and read how to do complete job, "sticky, great sight".

Ive recently seen some oem? door weatherstripping on moparpartsgiant.com they actually have in stock.
Not sure if they have the window though.

Heres a link to it. They dont have any windshield or window weather stripping though, at least that id seen.

 

I bought a kit from JC Whitney about 15 years ago before I painted my truck. It's been about 4 years and the window seal is coming apart above the drivers window.

edwinsmith, i went ahead and ordered a 10 pcs. kit that was on the bay place. I really need to do something to help stop the rattling & wind, the rain runs down inside the doors. I'm going to follow the instruction posted in the "STICKY". If the kit works out i may order another kit for my 90 1 ton, will post results. Thanks for reply.

edwinsmith, i typed in " 1991 dodge window weather stripping", and (e-bay) the bay showed some different groups of parts. The cost was more to buy indiuvidual pcs.
Also found some window seal made by " 4M #300LSE", has a adhesive back , it's made to seal along the edge of the window , called a "window wipe seal". Looks like it has a 1/2-3/4'' lip to lay against the window and has to be cut to fit,(i was thinking about ordering some just to try on my 90 1 ton.

BC847, THANK YOU, got my 10 pc. set for my window & door seals today, have the driver's door done except for the seal around the door, fixing to rain. I reread the sticky (4-5 times just to be sure), and followed BC's picture's & instructions, really wasn't that bad (Lord forgive me). The other side will go a lot quicker, now that i have a "vast" knowledge of what to do (famous last words).

I was really surprised at this kit it does have everything to complete both windows & doors,& cut to length and if the rubber last 4+ years, it will outlast me. Was it worth the price,, $125.00 + free shipping,, OH YES ! (YMMV).
