Where can I purchase a VE pump at? Local auto parts said $ 1800.00 for one and they would have to factory order it. I have seen them on ebay, but dont know if they would be trustworthy or not. Anyone have one laying around or know where I can get one? Its for a 91.5 intercooled motor. Any help would be appreciated.

 

At the prices some are asking for these pumps you can buy a beat up truck, send the pump in for a rebuild, part the rest of it out and break even or mabey a bit ahead, depending on if you have the time and space to do it.

I'm planning a little project like that right now.

 

it seems like some sellers you talk to don't have any feet in reality, huh? i was talking to a couple LQ horse trailer dealers in Reno a couple wks ago. they thought 3% was a pretty good discount under list. i mentioned loaded chevys were 40% under list and dodge was adv ertising 20k off. they just looked at me.
