3200 spring, full power screw

I'm in the process of installing my 3200 rpm gov spring and I was wondering
what to do about the full power screw.

The full power screw is currently in as far as it will go, should I back it off a little
now that the new spring is in or should I leave it where it is?

Leave it where it is then lower the idle with the idle screw. If it's too high
