So a lot of times I get sick of looking at the gauge. So this one has an alarm that will go off at what i would set to 1000 degrees.

what do you think, is everything there for the install. I mean its only 70 dollars shipped to me so is it worth the try??

 

i think for 60 bucks give it a try. it might not be that bad, i would asssume a problem would be how fast it can catch up with actual temps under heavy accelerations.

 

Well I'm setting up my paypal account again as it went inactive for sitting forever. Should have it ordered in a few minutes. If all goes well with it when i get it I will let you all know.

 

You could use it to turn on your valet switch when the EGT gets over the set point.

 

Thats actually a really good idea. I know what I'll be doing with that extra port now.

 

that looks like a nice lil unit, bet you could use it to trigger an H20 system as well.
