Finally got all the data-logger working.

- White plot is ground speed.
- Light-Orange is engine RPM.
- Yellow is primary turbos output.
- Light-Purple is secondary turbo output.
- Dark-Orange is total "Boost" in the intake-log (after the IC).
- Dark-Purple is Pull (into your seat).

The vertical blue line is where one looks at the numbers at that given split-second. As shown, I'm at the top of 2nd gear and fixing to drop into 3rd.

Do you have a new Data Acquisition system for your truck?
How are you getting boost pressures?

Helped a friend (yes I actually have one) move a truck cap today, and while I was sitting in the brick talking to Oliver today, my neighbors cat hopped in and searched for contraband while I sat there on the phone.

No catnip here, fella.

Cleaned up some of my "lemme get it done quick" wiring for my gauges, tach n pyro stopped working suddenly. Found the problem, cleaned everything up all nice and weeded out the wiring for the now defunct powered subwoofer (haven't pulled the sub yet, it's buried on the side of the rear bench seat I put a few years back).

Cleaned out the a/c box without cutting a hole, had the truck runningwith the hvac on recirc, took a peek inside with a borescope camera (it pays to be an ex auto tech sometimes...to quote Jeff Spicoli, "I have the ultimate set of tools" lol), found not much but a bunch of leaves (thankfully no rodent carcasses like my other 1st gen truck). I then stuck a shopvac crevice nozzle into the lower intake holes on the recirc inlet and used compressed air and an air blow nozzle with a long metal tube to agitate the leaves, took about 10 min to get it all out.

What did you find as the reason for the Tach and Pyro not working? Mine quit also and I think it may have something to do with a flaky ignition switch. I have Autometer gauges. I just haven't dug into the switch issue yet.

Finished stripping down chassis in preparation for welding up the crack in the frame where the steering gear mounts and removing the remnants of the flatbed mounts that were welded to the rear of the frame. After that is completed I will clean up the frame install a JungleJim stock height shackle kit in the front and the prime and paint the chassis.

I've had the ISSPRO Performax gauge system for a few years now. That included a very simple logger (spread sheet).

This is an upgrade of the logger itself. The big changes there are the addition of: speedometer, tachometer, and an 8g 3-axis accelerometer system on top of the new graphic interface.

As far as the turbos and such, I've a pressure sensor that sees the combined output of the two primaries (Turbo1). A sensor on the output of the secondary (Turbo2), and a third sensor on the intake-log of the head itself (Boost). There's also a back-pressure sensor (some call it "Drive-Pressure") on the exhaust manifold.

Thus far, it's provoked ten-fold more questions than it's answered.

No catnip?? That's like running out of beer when a friend drops by. Maybe he wanted to visit with Soot-In-Boots!

She hates him !!!

every morning this cat (his name is Thunder) comes to our front door looking for a free meal. Well, our kitty Punkin freaks out at the door, smacking the glass, growling and carrying on....

(just like the wife used to do when I would come to her house as a young man)
