What is the body moulding held on with?

I'm taking mine off and painting them glossy black. What is the sticky stuff that is holding them on? Or something else that will work to hold them on?

Thanks, Tony

use 3m double sided tape, you can get it at most autobody paint places. make sure you scrape all the old stuff of the trim really good, it usually about 30 dollars a roll

So, there's no holes then? If I ever got my truck repainted, I was thinking about just not replacing the moulding.

There are a few pieces of trim that use holes, the front pieces have some little nuts on the inside of the fender and the cab corner pieces have holes to, there are also nuts that hold them on I think everything else is just held on by tape
