water leak

Well new cab is painted and back on the frame all new weather seals are in and its been raining for the past couple days looked in the truck today and there is water on the floor!!! The only place I can think of where it is coming in is the fresh air vents at the left and right foot wells. When it stops raining I will go out and take the covers off and check the seals. The cab is rust free and the cowl is not cracked (yet) Any other thoughts would be helpful. Thanks John

Your hunch about the vents is probably right.

Mine was leaking from the cargo light. But it was collecting in the back of the cab. The crazy thing is the PO must have noticed a leak, cause there was a big pile of shop rags stufed down where the water was collecting. I pulled them and checked for rust (none) and then looked around and noticed the big gap at the cargo light. Sealed it up and all is good. I guess the PO did not want to take the Cap off the bed, or maybe with the cap on they did not notice the big gap. Cap is gone for now (till duck/quail season) so it won't be a problem for a while.

Mine leaks fron the top corner of the windshield and drips on the floor, my dad's 92' and 93' both leaked in the same spot, so I just kinda wrote it off as a normal problem, I would like to get it fixed though!
