Question W250 steering component replacement

Ok, I have a question about my list of parts. I compiled a list of Moog products that will help me replace all my worn out steering components:

Left tie rod: ES2010L
Right tie rod: ES2010R
Drag Link: DS914
Upper ball joint: K8194T
Lower ball joint: K8195T

My question is: "Where are the upper and lower ball joints located? Are these the parts installed at each end of the drag link?" I am confused because I assume a new drag link has ball joints built-in to it.........am I wrong?

Yeah, I saw the write up on crossover steering for the 1st gen 4x4's. I was wondering what the price difference is between what I originally want to do and upgrading to cross-over? My driving application is simple: 95% of the driving I do is on pavement.

On a slightly different note: I asked about the lower & upper ball joints because some online websites have them listed under W series Dodge pickups. Maybe this is lazy companies listing D & W series stuff together?

I think you can get a complete crossover steering kit for $400 + shipping or a raised crossover for double that. Crossover is always a good choice for any truck tat's lifted. Kingpin rebuild kits are like $50 a side from 4wdfactory or something.

A good drag link alone for our trucks will run $150 or something like that. If you can clear the crossover go that route imo but make sure your truck is high enough to clear it.

I think you need at least a 4in lift for cross over steering. Otherwise the cross rod will hit the spring or frame or both.
