When you have a constant velocity (CV) driveshaft, you MUST have 0 +- 2 degrees of angle at the Front Axle Pinion. (This is under full weight of vehicle and while under load) Otherwise you will get vibes - the more the angle deviates from 0, the greater the vibes.

AKA the pinion must be pointed straight up to the transfercase front output. When you add 4" of lift, this angle instantly goes bad, unless you add shims, OR cut the inner Knuckle C's off and reweld them with the correct angle.

All in the name of looking "cool" "leveled" etc.

(The vibes come from the pinion Ujoint being at an angle and trying to move at a constant velocity.)

here is your homework for this lesson:

the front d60 yoke is a 1350 joint, there the worst for interference, the ord doubler I run moves the tcase back to reduce angle/bind papecats pic shows, you don't want to put wedge shims under the springs because youll change your caster alignment, the best alternative is upgrade to the 1410 ujoint and d60 yoke, wayyyyy more angle clearance, and bigger, boyce military equipment has yokes, your driveline shop will have to change the yoke on your driveshaft, these yoke are from the 1 ton up fronts. check your angle at the tcase, you should be good there. ive seen others space the tcase crossmsmber, but you lose hi center lift clearance.

Stock the front D60 yoke is nowhere near a 1350, it's a 7290 which is dodge specific.

I wish it was 1350 they are huge compared to this tiny thing.

93 W250's/350's do have a bigger u joint though, in the front shaft where it connects to the diff. =But i dont think its a 1350
