Did you get the throttle lever clocked right?

Got a boost leak maybe? Check between the compressor and the elbow, that O-ring goes flat and doesn't seal after a while.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Boost pressure is a measure of restriction, and you may be running more air VOLUME, rather than air restriction with your bigger turbo. Does that make any sense?

Is there a wastegate on the new turbo only letting you hit 25psi? Just guessing.

rollincoal23 is your turbo in good shape? You made alot of changes at once and everything you did to a stock 92 should have made it alot better. Double check your thottle index and all your turbo hump hoses. Pods do smoke alot but i'm guessing the way you said it was smoking you have an air problem. Throttle index, turbo, hump hoses, air filter, i/c, l/p fuel pressure, timing, and waste gate. Sounds like the guys covered the obvious. Your probably just overlooking something simple. Good luck with it and keep us posted.

Well to try to answer your question. Boost pressure is that. What the turbo is making. Even if the turbo is bigger at the same PSI, the larger turbo is moving more cooler air. I can see were your going with the question though.

hey benjanin b2. that must be one of your favorite shows, seein as you know just when it starts. haha!!!!

but anyhow. no i havent figured out wat the problem is. i have pulled the intercooler tubez, and hoses. checked everywhere for boost leaks and got nothing. im seriously stumped. but i did notice that if i turn in the full power screw nothing happens anymore. it just stays the same.

that is not a good sign, ive broke a the full load lever off and its quite costly, that kinda sounds like what it is, did you screw it in to far or not screw the power screw back out when you took the top off, if you break it off, and you reindex the throttle shaft, it will run but will be realy weak, i know mine would get to 55 but it would have the petal to the floor and it felt like it was lackin on boost and all sorts of power, what all did you do to the inside of the pump?
