Alright so here's the deal. I am really undecided on what to go with read my sig its the cummins swap F-350. I have narrowed it down to a 62/71/13 or 12 or a 62/65/13 or 12 I will be doing a fair amount of towing. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

 

w/ a ZF5? I'd go 13 over the 12.

 

Yup has a ZF5 manual trans with a Destroked adapter plate.

 

Try the 65 with a 13cm.

 

With the 12v head and the ZF5 go with the 62/65/12

 

look into the silver 62 from ii. best turbo i have run

 

As a towing turbo!

Nearly all of threads on the Silver 62 are "I was recommended this turbo by II for towing and I HATE IT" It's a high rpm race turbo, not a towing turbo.

 

Ha now I'm royally confused. I'm leaning towards the 62/65 but how much difference is there between 12 and 13 with spooling? Will a 12 get too hot up top?

 

The 12 will be fine up top on a VE motor.
