Am I looking at linkage? Will the fuel pin be stiff? What am I looking for?

The control collar needs to be free to move all the way to the rear.

So I finally got back to wrenching on the truck. I checked the governor linkage attached to the control collar and it is installed properly, moving freely. I checked everything and it seemed to operate smoothly. I sealed it back up and tried to start it again. But I still am having low pressure at the injectors.

I removed the pump off of the truck today and pulled the top off to better investigate the pump. Everything seems to be fine. I am going to check the shut off solenoid, make sure it is physically working.

Could it be out of time? I have all of the equipment to time the pump correctly. I just dont know how to do it...

Thanks!
