I took mine to an upolstery shop & had them make me a replacement. Don't rember the price, but it was fairly cheap.

 

Thanks for the replies guys, greatly appreciated. My wife picked up some material and is going to make one for me. Her mother has a embroidery machine so I'll have to think of something to get on there. I'll post pictures when I'm done

 

I picked up one of the accordion style shift boots from a newer ram. seems to work great and it looks cool too.
