getrag is a 5 speed, if you can find one thats in a truck being parted out that would be the best then it would be a bolt in swapt, drive lines ect.

gauges are the same, and you can cut the hole for the shifter,
hole should be there for the clutch master cylinder

Don't know on the 90s dodge but on the 85 crew cab I think we had to drill our own hole for the Clutch Master and holes to hold the resevore, as far as the hole in the floor went we measured the 92 floor pan from the seam back and from side to side, centered and drilled.

Here is a conversion, it looks real clean.
And it sounds awesome.

It would be fun for a while but I think it would get old real fast doing all of that shifting, you would find yourself starting out in 4th or 5th and skipping gears unless you really needed it.

There is also a video of him shifting the truck and I was going to post the link but some people cannot watch their mouth and had to ruin a good video.

I used to drive a Mack/ Holmes wrecker 903-Cummins Twin Turbo and it had a 10-Speed Roadranger I hardly ever used 1st during a recovery.

You could walk faster than the truck rolled in 1st.
