Any source to buy a new spring on the throttle bracket where the cables attach to? Mines busted. Kinda crappy it only lasted 1.2 million miles...

I guess that will work on the bracket where the cruise and throttle cable hook up?

 

No that one won't work, google mopar pn 53009055 that is the one you want

 

This bracket. Theres a coil spring around the shaft...

 

Ok here is an exploded view for that bracket and I think the spring you are looking for is # 14 and the part # is 83506406 and according to mopar parts it is discontinued

 

I think you will need to find a used one, or find a custom solution.

I know I have a few of those brackets, complete, off trucks with only 200,000 on them.
Might be able to get another 1,000,000 miles off a used one.

 

Cummins will still have the spring if you want a new one...
