I needed another top and I didnt want to go through the trouble of having to model the afc housing. Just drawing the bottom half took better part of an afternoon........I cant imagine all the time it would take to draw/mill it all . Its not a permanent thing, just something to be different.......until I find another good pump top.

I would test it for you if I could get unlazy and find a new rearend. Reminder to all, smokey burnouts are fun but expensive. Back to the regularly scheduled program.

Yeah I gained 4 psi and about 50-100 degrees of EGT. I run stock injectors and an HX35/12 so we arent talking about a speed machine here. It reacts similar to the Stage II pin but without any fuel control on the low end. Oh well, it works and doesnt leak, I may just run it a while.

I think the best thing that happened was I gained total, unblocked access to that pesky back bolt that holds the pump top. Ive lost A LOT Of money in the cuss jar to that bolt. Now its a clear shot with an allen.......

Yeah as far as driving, if you just follow boost with your throttle no troubles at all........if you tromp it as soon as the clutch grabs itll roll it pretty good.

Yeah, no AFC on an intercooled truck with stock injectors works pretty good. I figured you had big ol' injectors in there.

Did you remember to block off the port on the intake manifold where the boost line went? I am sure you did, but it's open in your pictures.
