T3/T4 plate

Anyone ran one of these T4 to T3 adapter plates? I got my hands on a turbocharger that is a T4. I don't know if I can stay on top of this turbo so I'm not really wanting to drop the money for a Big foot manifold until I know I can utilize the charger. I found them online for 40ish so that's no big deal to give it a try.
Thank you for the replies in advance.
Justin

Long story short, it will never make the power a T3 housing will make with our VE pump trucks. BTDT.

Might want to double check that it's T-4, because some of those Holsets that size are an "H2E" flange. Which is slightly different than T-4, nothing a die grinder/mill can't fix though.

Already the plan if the plate shows and it won't match up but thank you!

If you don't mind could you give me the simi long long story? I understand loosing heat though the added .5" will hurt but I didn't know it would be that bad. And I'm kinda dumb with the acronyms so what does BTDT mean?

Well thank you for that super great piece of inside information on how this flange will or will not work. I'm sure now my mind is at ease either one way or the other?
