The ONLY hard-lines on my engine are the injector-lines themselves; all others are flexible rubber.

Well, of course that skinny little return-line is still intact, but it never gets messed with anyway.

The flexible lines make life a WHOLE lot easier.

No longer is it a fight to remove the lift-pump.

I buy all of my fittings and fuel-hose from these guys :

The fittings at the injector-pump and both sides of the filter are 12MMx 1.5.

The top fitting on the lift-pump is 14MMx 1.5 and the lower fitting is 1/4-NPT.

I use 06-JIC = 3/8.

The big line kit would be awesome i wish i would have known about it before i got the new steel line for the piston pump.

Do you think the oversize banjo fittings will make a difference with the steel lines?

Yeah until you try returning the excess from a HP piston pump
