Well looking at the roofs..... they stamped the Club cabs inner roof out of one piece so there is no pinch weld to but up to.

But the pillars line up right.

When I did mine the other day I had to BEAT the rear spring hanger bolt out with a 15lb sledge. I have a very trusting wife. She held the punch while I wacked away on it.

Looks like quite a project. Should be sweet when it's done!

Here is a little trick I found for removing spring bolts: Be fore you do anything soak it good with WD-40. Then put a breaker bar on the bolt head, and try to tighten it. This will break the bolt free of the steel sleeve in the bushing, while it is till clamped tight enough so that it does not try to spin in the bushing. If you loosen the bolt first, the sleeve usually just spins inside the rubber. There are little ridges on the ends of the bushing sleeve, once you spin it much these get chewed off and then they can be a PITA.

What is this?? A W250 camper Chassis??

FINALLY got the Club Cab cut up and into the garage, I had to fight the box getting it off. Whoever put this thing together decided to sandwich the gooseneck mounting to the box then weld it together... Just wanted to get this far by winter so I have something to work on when the weather is cold.

See, the doors will fit!!

I've inquired about that truck several times... There has to be more pics of it out there somewhere....

He sold that truck before I could make the drive to go see it.

And its my 2nd crew that will most likely get the gas engine... That will be a daily driver till the other truck is ready.

Crew cabs only fit on (unmodified) crew frames.... The kick up in the frame prevents the crew cab from sitting on other types of frames. So I would say MOST people put the Cummins in a crew cab/frame.

Long box frame so a short box will fit perfectly with the added cab length.
