speedometer quit
92 W250 automatic. Cruise Control operates as normal, transmission shifts into overdrive fine and the odometer and trip meter count up. I did the odometer fix about 6 years ago. I did buy the IC chip that goes in the speedometer but haven't installed it yet. Just seeing if someone has seen this before and what fixed it.

I had the same issue with a '91 1/2 ton gasser. Cruise control worked fine, vehicle speed sensor worked, replaced broken odometer gears and got that working, speedo-meter just never would cooperate.

My odometer and speedometer quit bout...ten years ago! I replaced the OD gears and replaced the speed sensor....nothing! The cruise has worked fine the whole time! I don’t know what else to do!!
