I think I've decided on the 16 only because of fuel economy .
Yeah I know what you guys are gonna say, But with a baby on the way I gotta watch the wallet even more.

Will a 12cm from a 97 year truck with a HX35 work? What do I need to look for. Since I am staying closer to stock with injectors and pump sounds like a good mod. What I really care about is power while pulling a load. I pull about 5K lbs commonly and would just like alittle more pep at times. I don't want to hurt economy either. Though right now I usually get 18mpg going back and forth to work and around 15 pulling the jeep (haven't been able to measure pulling milleage on a long trip, but will be towing it 500 miles next week)
I can hit 22psi at 90mph in 5th, but towing the highest I usually see is 18. EGTs have never gotten over 1K by much.
It looks like I will need to change the downpipe, but mine is getting pretty rusty anyway, the rest of the exhuast looks like new though.. to bat it is the stock size!

'92 Diesel -- I think you will see better fuel milage with a 12??
Andy -- the housing from a 97 will fit either a hx35 or a H1 -- so you should go for it (or better yet the whole turbo . . .) YOu will see your peak manifold pressure and EGTs go up at 90, though. At 70 in OD you will see lower EGT's.
