hey guys, hope someone can help my bro out with this one, he just changed the fuel heater seal, and fuel filter. now the trucks runs rough and smokes white smoke??? when you rev it up it stops stumbling, but only in the upper rpms. any ideas???? thanks

One of the seals or whatever you changed may be letting some air in. I'd try reseating all of the sealing devices that you changed / moved first.
