Chugging at 1500 to 2000 RPMs pulling a load but pulls fine over or under these RPMs

I may need some pro help here. I have an 02, 3500, 6 speed, 5.9, stage 3 injectors, EZ edge box, 6" exhaust. When pulling, steady pace or climbing from 1500 to 2000 Rpms it will jerk / hammer / chug like it's missing and you can feel it hard in the driver seat but if I give her to over the 2000 RPMs (over 70 MPH in 6 grear) or keep it under 1500 RPMs (under 50 mph in 6th gear) she will be fine and runs fine so I don't think it is a fuel problem since there is plenty of power and pickup after 2,000 arps but not sure what it could be.. not sure. Any help would be a lot! It does the same thing with or without the EZ edge box plugged in. Thanks.

Remove ez and test drive. Check codes with key cycle- on-off-on-off-on, do not start. Look at odometer screen for codes.

pulling a load at 1500 rpm is lugging the engine... shift down or don't give very much throttle and it shouldn't "chug"

Edge unhooked, No codes. Truck is jerking like crazy under load - don't think it is a fueling issue. What electrical problems would cause this?
