Exclamation Rear-end

Okay I need a little help. The rear-end is making some noises. When I put the truck in gear "Reverse" or "Drive" There is a clunk sound and there is a ticking-clicking sound at low speeds.Any Idea what this could be? I checked the rear-end fluid and adde some but it's still making noises.Any help would be welcome thanks.

Maybe a u-joint to. Jack one wheel up, leave it in gear and rock the wheel back-n-forth. You should be able to see, feel where the slack is.

Sounds like a siezed cup on the u-joint. You won't find slack, but if you drop the shaft you will find one cup(or more) doesn't spin, which is the squeak-squeak-squeak noise at low speed.
