It's going to take a lot of bleeding so you're going to have to crack loose the fuel lines at the injectors and crack loose the 10mm vent bolt on top of your fuel filter.

Remove the fuel filter and fill with diesel and reinstall. Using the manual prime lever you need to have fuel flow out of the vent screw at the fuel filter. After you have fuel there close the vent screw. Using the manual pump again you then need to prime it until the injectors start dripping diesel. You probably will have to turn the engine by hand and prime again to bleed each injector.

It's going to take a while to get all the air out and dont use the starter to try and move fuel thru the system as the injection pump is lubricated by fuel and it is now empty.
