Exclamation Quick Help Please Please Please

any one ever seen a 16cm2 wastegated housing i cant find any in the aftermarket but i picked this one up on flea bay is it bougus?????

Look inside the exhaust runner you might have scrub some soot out but there should be a # 16, 14, 12 etc that should tell you what size.

I thought that year came with a 14cm or a 12cm from what I remember reading here,I could be wrong marc

Looks like a 12 to me. Compare the size of the housing with the wastegate actuator--looks pretty small. I think the HX-40's had a 16cm/wg housing, but I'm not sure if they will bolt onto a 35 center section. I think this fella was just guessing at what he had.

i know a bout the #'s inside but i dont have here the guy still has it and i want to know if it is what he says it is before i pay him otherwise i'll tell him he screwed up and offer to buy out the listing price insted of getting another 12cm2 w/g

From everything I have read, and heard on here. I dont believe HX-35's came with a 16. They are 12's.

Just tell the guy to look in the runner and give you the #. I bid on one a couple of weeks ago that said it was a 16cm but bidding went to high. I was goig to get it if it was cheap enough just to see what it was.

i dont want to have him possibly throw the screws to me and i cant get him to answer the phone hes always out "riding" or out or there going out to dinner(the woman who answers the phone)

That looks like a 12 to me as well. The number 3532214 has come up in the 1st gen section before, and it was found to be a 12cm.
