264 with the fuel screw turned in or not? My fuel screw is pretty much in the stock position still.

As for EGTs, I don't know I don't have gauges. That's why I haven't done a lot more to the truck. Gauges are next. When I bought my DDP4s I didn't plan on running the truck with the DennyT pin in so I wouldn't burn things up. I do not tow with the truck. All I do is commute on the highway to and from work so EGTs shouldn't be too high up there.

Next on the list is a boost, pyro, trans temp, fuel pressure and tach. I'll also be getting the 60mm compressor wheel upgrade sometime soon. Once that is done, I'll go from there.

I'd be getting gauges in there as soon as possible, but like you said, it shouldn't be hurting anything just driving on the highway.

One thing I would not recommend though, is the 60mm comp. wheel upgrade. With bigger injectors, especially if you plan on turning the fuel screw, the comp. upgrade won't be able to keep up. You'd be better off with an HX40 (Super) or S300. In my opinion of course.

I second skipping the 60mm comp wheel. I finally turned my pump up on the weekend and I can bark my turbo (H1C, 14cm2, GDS 60mm) again and egt's can get to 1350-1400 without too much effort. With injectors, you'd be better off going with something bigger. My $.02.

I can't afford something bigger right now which is why I was thinking about the 60mm upgrade. I guess I know you guys are totally right though. Maybe I will just skip it and save for an s300 and get the 4" dp and go with stacks.

I would skip the 60mm upgrade as well. I would get a 6.7 he351 variable geometry turbo. Plenty for 4-500hp and you can find them as low as $100 on cumminsforum. I'd even consider buying an ht3b for twins if you have fabrication abilities. You can find them for under $500. Then you should deal with headstuds etc etc.

The next step is a lot of money depending how much you turn the pump up.

yep you are right! 9cm housing with a 4" outlet, it is a great upgrade! I'm pushin 40 lbs with this he351 turbo, and i still have stock injectors. Mine is off a 5.9 though, so its not the variable vane he351

skip the whole 6.7 turbo idea. too much work making an adapter to go to the manifold.

look for an he351cw off an 04.5-07 5.9 cummins .. awesome upgrade.

WOw, I was a little disappointed with your numbers untill I realized you hadn't touched the fuel screw! Now I'm very impressed. Now I feel better about getting my truck on the dyno after the new turbo, intercooler, and exhaust goes in.

Oh ya, I can barely hit 1200*F with mine.... I think a lot of it has to do with the slippery tranny not loading enough. I think you'll be fine without towing.

I sure hope so. Supposed to go back mid to late october. I will BE there if I'm home. I assume at Diesel Injection Services in Bangor?

Let Bradshaw know it's coming too. Met him in the Home Depot parking lot the other day, nice fellow. He saw the ol girl out there and realized it was mine when he saw the missing interior light I requested from his parts truck

They doin the $50 dyno day (2 runs) like last year? I was gonna bring the ol MB but went to sea. Now the ol girl is sold to a pretty happy kid in Portland. Maybe that'll be encouragement to get the Dually ready for a dyno.
