Baseline Dyno

Has anyone with the 235 hp ISB and a 47RE put down a baseline pass on a dyno? I am getting ready too do some mods as you can see in my sig, and i want too follow how much each mod actually makes.

I am guessing 30-32% driveline loss. So that should put me in the 170 hp and 340 TQ range.

I am going to do a couple passes tomorrow evening or tuesday....depending on time. I will post my results.

I dynoed mine stock and came up with 190 and 205
(or thereabouts, memory is failing fast)

One was on a mustang and the other a dynojet.
Can't remember which is which, but I have it written down at home.

I think the 190 was with the bigger tires though, 205 was with the stock 265's, if that makes a difference.

Here is a chart of mine when it was stock. The two higher HP runs were with a borrowed VA box from DavidTD. After taking my truck for a short spin with the VA,,,,,,,,, it didn't take long for me to invest in a Edge EZ,,,,,,,,,,, which started my TC slipping,,,,,,,,, and I will hopefully see what the change is when I dyno this coming weekend with mods listed in my sig.

Thanks guys....went down to the local shop, gotter dynoed on a dynojet.

Cam up with 199.2 hp @2600 rpm and 387.9 TQ@ 1500 rpm. The TQ curve though is basically flat as can be from 1400-2800. But the peak is the one that shows.

Too bad i dont have a scanner.....maybe i will try too see if i can buy a cheap one one of these days. But BOMBing comes first and foremost!!
