I got a flywheel housing off ebay. Then realized mine would probably work. Is auto and manual flywheel housing the same? If it is, anyone need one , i have 2. I also need a tailhousing if anyone knows where to get one. THanks.

Ya pm me next time youre out this way. $600 is all it took for me to get a stick, plus 60 for a new tailhousing.

couple of new questions. Will the stock clutch I got with the tranny hold up to my power (pump cranked, pods, fuel pin, hx35, intercooler)?

Also, will the speedometer pickup be the same from my 727 to the Getrag? Rearend will be the same.

The stock clutch should hold up fine as long as it's in good shape. I'm pretty sure that the speedo pickup will be different. You'll need the one that's on the getrag.

clutch is great. Will the speedo pickup that I have, wiring for it rather, plug directly into Getrag or will I need to change all that too?

You can thread your VSS onto the adapter that's on the Getrag.

When I swapped mine I had to use the speedo adapter transmission thingy off of the auto transfer case. The truck the Getrag came out of had 4.11's and the speedo was waaaayyyyy off.
