Powerstroke ic help

What are the advantages of having a ps ic in our trucks? And how much mods is there to install one

Not too much involved to install one. Mostly cutting of sheet metal in the radiator support. Obviously you'd need 3.25" to 2.5" or 3" reducers depending on what size tubing you go with.
