Possible to back fuel screw out to far

As the title says im wondering if its possible. With the injectors in my sig i have to run my fuel screw out one turn away from the truck being unable to start so i can get near stock settings. I swiched back to a 58/60/16 also as im doing a lot of haulung

Problem is....i will be driving down the road and leave off the pedal and the truck will hold the same rpm and if i shift to neutral it will climb in the rpm range. It doesnt do it all the time. Although about 6 times in 40 miles. Its not the linkage or anything sticking its all free as can be. I can tap the pedal while its doing it and it stays thesame just keeps revving. Only way ive gotten it to stop is if i shove it to 5th gear and lug to around 1000 rpms then it goes away and is fine again.

Also today i put the stock pump top back on with the afc. All is good and free.

My question is....is it possible to have a reverse type runaway. Instead of running it in too far i backed it out too far?

Like i said the truck wouldnt even start or run so i ran the screw one turn further and it fired up. Is that too shallow...or will it hurt anything?

It sounds to me like your throttle lever is indexed too tight. Go one notch looser.
