Pod Pop

I have my new juiced pump in and my new POD's. When I rev it up from idle it sputters until It clears out. Is this just normal POD overfueling, or is my timing still too advanced?

Mine does not do this. Sounds like a timing issue to me too, but not over avdanced. I recall you saying in another post that it was "loading up", if you're getting lots of white smoke at idle your timing is too retarded.

No, it's black. I can wrap it a few times and then it revs cleanly (no load). I retarded the timing 1/8" and it doesn't pop when it's cold, but I lost 3 lbs boost...

That doesn't make a lot of sense to me, usually when you retard the timing you get more boost instead of less. Hopefully on Monday Bushy will chime in on this one, he know a lot more about these pumps than me.
