POP testing POD's
Does anyone know what the POD's should be set at, as far as POP presure? The shop down the street only want $8.00 apiece to clean and pop test my injectors....THANK's

Isn't it stamped on the bodies? I think POD's are set to either 260 or 265 bar, which is high to begin with. Sounds high just to pop them. Now if they're cleaned, reshimmed and all set then thats good.

IF you can find a shop that will rebuild your injectors (new gaskets, set pressure etc) for $48 then those guys are losing cash big time
