Please Help!!!!!
That kind of sounds flakey. Mine comes up 3 ticks and stays there. If I was hauling a big load it would probably go up but haven't done that yet. Every vehicle I've had is very stable on the temp under light loads.

No I think Ill just have to deal with the smoke. It only does it for the 1st 10mins or so then it seems to run ok.
Can I ask one more Q if its ok.
After my truck warms up and the lite smoke goes away, When I get on my truck it still throws out a Dark Gray to a lite black smoke is this normal? thanks for any help and Thanks for all the help yall have given already...

Did you run through the KSB diagnostics I linked to in my earlier post? What was the result? It's likely that your problem is a bad connection or a bad KSB switch.
Does the black/gray smoke pretty much clear out once the turbo spools up? If so that sounds normal.

After warm up the smoke will depend on your fueling/boost levels....if you have fueling come on a bit too early then the smoke will tend to be more toward the black or dark grey.
If you have the pump set "properly" then the fueling "increase rate" will be slow enough that the boost will be up before you get any extra fueling and your smoke will lean more toward the grey side.
Normally a grey color means you have your fueling per lb. of boost set about right.
