Pinnion seal - leaking again . Help and Suggestions

Guys,

I rebearinged my differential/axles a few years ago- and it maybe 10-20,000 miles. I used a Timken diff set on the D70U and had a kent-moore seal installer. To have a new seal surface, I replaced the UJoint-hub. But it is leaking again!!!!
The driveshaft doesn't appear to have any play in the u-joints. Got any ideas to lead to an early failure. Ie - did I do something wrong or am I missing something.
Soliciting advice!

A plugged axle vent will cause seal problems. Have you checked the axle vent to see if it is open?
