Oliver has seen many dozens of these trucks and I hope he will chime in, but I was under the impression that all the OEM pin-striping on our trucks was in the form of decals?
(That is, the peeling decal pin-striping shown across the top edge of your photograph is definitely OEM...)

Thanks for the reply James1 , the pin striping around the wheel isn't paint , it's actually the exact same color tape as the body line stripe , which is kinda why I'm asking if it's factory original.
Maybe someone added both the body line stripe , wheel arch stripe and diamond at the same time.
