permanent under-hood oil pressure gauge?

Thanks so much for chiming in. Is your fuel pressure gauge mounted on the banjo bolt between the fuel filter and the injection pump? Do you recall the brand and size of the gauge? Perhaps post a photograph? Thanks again,

Sorry no picture. The gauge is mounted to the banjo bolt, I put it there to troubleshoot a fuel problem and just never took it off. I got the gauge at a local oil field suppler no name on the face of the gauge and cannot see the back with out removing it. I used a 0-30psi which would be low for oil pressure but any Quality gauge should last. I believe that being liquid filled is the reason it lasted so long as it keeps the needle from vibrating all the time. If you want to know the brand of the gauge let me know and I can pull it out and take a look.
