thats exactly what i was going to say

when mine comes off it will go to a pump shop close to me ..the guy there knows his mess but tells me time and time again not to mess with it"leave it stock" say's every turn on the fuel screw is 10% less reliable

ill tell him to make it fuel as much as you can at rpm desired...

iam trying to find specs on who has done it but 360cc on 12 mm head is acheivable from what i hear...(maybe 14mm)...which should be 500+ hp????
anyone know

What does a stocker flow? IIRC, PDR said they could get a 12mm up around 180cc and still be stone cold reliable. I'm assuming that's the one Head got.

Was Gillette around the same price as PDR (see pricing earlier in this thread)? How was the wait?

Lucas, I think 360cc is a 14mm pump with a 4mm cam plate. IIRC, a maxed out 14mm without the 4mm plate can do 330cc.

My good 12mm pump flowed 240cc's at 500rpms with air on the test stand. My 14mm pump flowed 360-366cc's at 500rpm with air on the test stand. Engine rpm's are X2. I will be testing the 14mm pump again this weekend to see if I can get some more fuel out of it.

Scheid's pump puts out 370cc at about 2000rpm (engine) if I remember right, and starts tailing off after about 2,700rpm. Mine is governed at 3,900rpm. Seems to work so far after the last few thousand miles and lots of dyno runs, but I normally run around on the street with about 290cc and save the big fuel for the track or the rollers. Not cheap ($2,300) but seems to work. I still try not to spin it over 3,500rpm if I can, I think every time that happens you're probably on borrowed time with a 14mm.
