Overfilling a NV4500...

I have come across some statements about adding an extra quart or so to the old Getrags, I assume it's better cooling and wear protection? So would it hurt any to add some extra to my NV4500?

Overfilling the Getrag is a way to overcome the oil starvation to the mainbearings.

Not a problem that occurs with the NV4500.
