Found a trick. A little Goof-Off and some patience will release the "glue" holding the glass to the hinges. Got it!
I also discovered that seals that LMC Truck sells are made by Precision. I don't think there was much precision in their reproduction of the seals. They fit poorly. The original seals seemed to be in good shape. Still pliable and soft so I gave them a lathering in some rubber conditioner and reinstalled them. I decided to send all the door and window seals back yo LMC Truck and find a source for better quality and fitting seals.

The only replacement seals that I was able to find was from the 80 style vent seals. You have two options, cut the seal to fit the top hinge.. or pickup a 80's style vent chassis.

I think the differentiation is the hole in the rubber for the pivot at the bottom. The earlier trucks had a metal support for the glass and are a *larger* diameter.
I don't think this will drop in a late model- without a sleeve.
