Nylon fuel pin washer thickness?

What thickness is everyone grinding their nylon fuel pin washers down to? What seems to be the limit on this modification? I ground mine down to 0.090". But, it still looks like it could be ground down a bit more to 0.085" to 0.080" or so, judging by the tiny scribe marks on the fuel pin.

If anyone is interested, I ground down my nylon fuel pin washer using a set of digtal calipers, and a piece of plate glass w/some 320 grit silicon carbide sand paper taped down to it. I simply placed the face of the nylon washer down on to the sand paper, and began sanding material away using light pressure/even strokes. I kept sanding and checking the thickness with a set of calipers until the desired thickness is reached. Also, I measured the thickness in several locations around the washer to make sure it is not ground lopsided. Finally, I made sure to only sand from one surface. That way I have a known flat surface (unground) to base my measurements off of.

I think sanding down the washer has helped the performance of my truck. I have gained about 2-3 psi of boost. EGT's are still normal, maybe 100* degrees more at WOT. The also truck seems a bit more responsive/peppy.

I took .090 off of mine. I think the original thickness was around .125 or so well mine is now .062. I used calipers to measure them also.
