Nv4500 high impact conversion

i have been scraping together money to convert my 518 boat anchor over to a NV4500 for the past year, i now have the money and am trying to get in touch with the ppl at high impact gear, i have called them everyday for the past week and all i get is a voicemail, i also e-mailed them and havent got a response yet. does anyone know if they still offer conversion kits or are even still in business? any info would be great!

If they are that hard to get in touch with I would worry about buying from them. If you have a problem and cant get in touch with them that would suck even more.

Pretty sure advance adaptors can help you out.

Advanced adapters seems to have most help if you already had a Getrag tranny. No master cylinder, no pedals. They do have a bellhousing so you can keep your 1st gen starter, and a tranny mount though.

i did some checking and it seems that drivetrain.com and nv4500.com might offer conversion kits. i havent called and talked to either of them yet. has anyone dealt with either of these 2 outfits before?

they sell the kit with the first gen bellhousing from advanced adapters, allowing you to keep the stock clutch, best price back when? make sure if you go reman kit, you get the upgrade mainshaft slotted for the lock washer.
